Celebrating Sisterhood

I'm not doing many booksignings right now, but a couple of weeks ago, I was at the Celebrating Sisterhood event at the West Jordan Seagull Book & Tape. It was great to finally meet Nicole--a new fan of my books (I love how she styles her son's hair). We've emailed each other a few times, but it was nice that she made the extra effort to come to my booksigning.

Also, another lady, Michelle, came to meet me. It was fun to talk about our favorite books and other books we are reading.

I love meeting new friends! And of course she is a fan of your books . . . all smart people are.

How neat-for both of you! I concur with Jules on this one. You're listed on her blog as her new favorite author. Woot, woot!

Ah, I wish I had fans! And I agree with Jules, too, as I am *very* smart myself and a big fan.

Very cool!

And this gal, Michelle,...ah hummm {me tapping my foot} is your #2 fan. I have voted in the affirmative that I AM your # 1 fan. Period. {We can take this outside...Michelle!} hehe

Hey Autumn--we should have had out picture taken together at the writers conference, so I could post one of my #1 fan :)

Nothing quite as cool as someone coming into a signing specifically to meet you! How fun!!

I feel like the coolest kid on the block-first I get put on an incredibly talented authors blog and then called smart by Julie Wright! :)
Went to visit family in Phoenix last weekend and told my Grandma about your books. She loves historical fiction and reads more than most librarians. She went on deseretbook.com to buy your Vol 1 of Out of Jerusalem series.
All the Relief Society in my ward is going to be very privileged to have you come speak to them! Thanks so much!
