My Apologies
When I get a review on my book, it's exciting. And I want to file it away for the future . . . somewhere. That's why I created this blog. Really, the purpose of it is to document my writer's journey. It's not really a place where I get too personal about my family or other things in my life. So I hope that my readers will understand. I don't want to come across as a braggart--here is this review, here is that review, etc. So I hope you'll understand the nature of this blog.

Don't worry, it's not bragging when sharing reviews, Heather. I count it as an opportunity to spread the word--not because I'm proud of my work, but because I want readers to know it's out there, and may be worth reading--information that can help them in some way.
What's the point in spending all that time and effort creating a book, if no one reads it? And if we don't let others know as much about it as we can--not in a boastful way, but because we believe in what we've done—how will they ever find out? Reader referral comes later. For a while, writers have to market until they drop--and then some.
Love reading all your reviews. Thanks for sharing them. They help me make a firm decision to buy.
